We know that not every move requires a big truck or a full-day service — sometimes you just need a couple of strong professionals who show up on time, handle your items with care, and get the job done efficiently. That’s exactly what we provide.

We created Jhonny Movers to fill the gap between expensive full-scale moving companies and unreliable casual help. Our mission is to offer affordable, trustworthy, and stress-free small moving services to homes and businesses across the area.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking with us, you agree to the following:

Quotation:

The quotation provided by Jhonny Movers is based on the inventory, access, distance, and additional services as discussed. Any changes to these factors may result in additional charges.

Client Responsibilities:

The client is responsible for ensuring that all items to be moved are securely packed, unless packing services have been arranged with Jhonny Movers.

Customers must inform us of any heavy or specialty items in advance, these may incur an additional fee.

Items not included in the initial quote may incur an additional fee.

The client must also ensure that Jhonny Movers has access to the pick-up and delivery locations at the agreed-upon times, this may incur an additional fee in case of time waited.

Charge:

Our minimum charge is 2 hours for any service provided by Hourly rate. Job time is calculated in 30min increments, and Fixed Price quotes are based on what the client and Jhonny Movers have agreed on. A Callout Fee may be charged where either location is more than 30min away from our location.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon completion of the Job.

A deposit may be required before the service date.

Additional charges may apply for extra services not included in the original quote.

Additional charges may apply to after hours, Sundays and public holiday bookings.

Prohibited Items:

Hazardous materials, illegal substances, perishable foods, and pets are not permitted to be moved by Jhonny Movers.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 48-24 hours prior: charge is 50% of the fixed quote or the minimum hourly rate
  • Same-day cancellations: full charge applies of the fixed quote or the minimum hourly rate

FAQ's

No, there are absolutely no hidden fees. We are fully transparent about all charges — including hourly rates, travel time, and callout fees (if applicable). Even our Truck Upgrade options come with no extra hidden costs.

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead to secure your preferred time slot and crew.

We accept bank transfers, and cash. Payments are usually made once the move is complete
